2023年我国外贸出口增速明显减缓。对今年外贸出口形势有何预期？对此，海关总署新闻发言人、统计分析司司长吕大良回应，过去一年，世界经济复苏乏力，全球贸易整体表现比较低迷，外需的疲弱对我国出口形成了直接冲击。“从数字上看起来，出口增速相比前几年确实有所放缓。但更要看到我国的出口是在高基数上再创新高，不仅实现了量的合理增长，也保持了份额的整体稳定，更在增长动能、区域格局等方面实现了质的有效提升，彰显了强劲韧性和综合竞争力。”
