虞利华发文称，本应该发给他的奖金，却被宁波市体育局和宁波体校扣留，半年多来他一直通过正常程序维权，直到2月1日中午收到对方“答复件”。

宁波体育运动学校于2月2日晚发布声明回应称，2023年8月，我校启动了东京奥运会取得优异成绩的运动员、教练员奖励发放工作。虞利华教练作为启蒙教练员，对其个人按教练员团队总奖金的60%进行奖励。但虞利华要求其个人须100%全额领取奖金，其要求与政策不符，双方产生分歧。我校多次联系虞利华教练，告知其办理奖励领取手续相关事宜。2023年12月4日，我校领导前往虞利华教练家中再次就奥运奖励发放事宜进行了详细解释说明。2024年2月1日，学校书面函告其本人。
