潇湘晨报·晨视频记者就此事采访罗技品牌方，罗技方面回应称“非常抱歉给您带来不好的体验，已经第一时间下架内容，并处理相关工作人员，也希望能消除不好的影响”。

同时，多位消费者向记者反映，除了广告冒犯外，还存在产品质量问题：有老用户称购买的3款罗技K845键盘均出现F键灯不亮的问题，且宣称主打FPS游戏的G402鼠标也出现中键摁下功能失效的情况；另有用户表示，此前购买的GPW2代产品，对新品GPW的定价模糊也感到失望。
