据新华社报道，国家药监局近期回应了CAR-T相关继发性恶性肿瘤风险话题，称我国四个CAR-T产品上市时均要求在说明书中标明相关风险，并提示终身监测。

CAR-T疗法是利用患者自身免疫细胞对抗白血病等血癌的疗法。我们将免疫细胞做基因改造后回输体内，就可以靶向癌细胞。有专家称，患者基本治愈，可以说是改变了游戏规则。

神奇的抗癌产品反而致癌？当然，每种药都有副作用。

去年11月美国FDA已启动对6种CAR-T药物关于T细胞恶性肿瘤的调查，这些药物已标明相关风险。约8000例副作用报告中共12例为继发肿瘤；而就在今年1月FDA要求CAR-T药物在说明书中添加方框警告，诺华、强生等企业表示将配合调整。

肿瘤专家在接受CNN网站专访时指出，已有数以万计的患者接受治疗，继发肿瘤风险极低，不必过度担心，它的疗效大大超过这些安全风险。需要治疗的患者往往因现有的血癌死亡，而CAR-T带来良好且持久性疗效让患者受益更多。

癌症疗法都有很多副作用，包括放疗化疗也会引起继发性癌症，还会常常复发。CAR-T副作用加入方框警告，医生可以与患者进一步告知相关风险；另一方面，也是为下一步的CAR-T产品研发提供了安全性指导。
