此前，汪小菲二度闯到大S豪宅，遭报警带回。稍早，汪小菲现身台北市警局，称自己不是犯事儿到这边的，而是主动来报警的：“第一我的孩子被非法拘禁，被她（大S）非法扣留；第二，我汪小菲实名举报徐熙媛长期滥用药物，给我孩子造成非常大的不良影响，因为它会让人产生幻觉。”

汪小菲进入警局后，9点多接到一通电话，头也不回离开，之后再也没有回来。据警方表示，汪小菲没有提供任何实质性证据，也没有完成任何法定报案程序。
