报道称，这段1分31秒的视频近距离显示，其中一名枪手在进入厅内时向几个人开火。事发后，“伊斯兰国”宣称对此次袭击负责，美国表示没有理由怀疑他们的说法，俄罗斯方面则对此表示质疑。

当地时间22日20时左右，俄罗斯莫斯科近郊一音乐厅发生恐怖袭击事件。据俄侦查委员会23日消息，目前该事件已造成133人死亡。俄罗斯总统普京当天就该事件向国民发表电视讲话时宣布24日为全国哀悼日。
