林剑：仁爱礁是中国南沙群岛的一部分，历来是中国的领土。3月23日，菲律宾再次违背自身的承诺，派一艘运补船和2艘海警船，以运补生活物资的名义，非法侵闯仁爱礁邻近海域。实际上，菲方此次运补根本不是运输生活物资，而是维修加固非法“坐滩”军舰的建筑材料，目的是企图在中国的无人岛礁上建设永久哨所，以此实现对仁爱礁的永久非法侵占。菲方出尔反尔，言而无信，严重违反多次向中方作出的承诺，严重违反《南海各方行为宣言》第五条。面对菲方船只的强行冲闯，中国海警不得不采取必要执法措施，现场操作正当合法、专业克制，无可非议。中方要求菲方立即停止侵权挑衅，如其一意孤行，中方必将继续采取坚决措施维护自身领土主权和海洋权益。
